Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund under UK medicines regulations, as prescription medications cannot be returned or resold. If your order is declined by our prescriber, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
If your medication arrives damaged or you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
